Small series

SMT line for prototypes and small series is fully automated and used for serial production.

Medium and larger series

SMT line for medium and larger series is fully automated. All machines are controlled by a central network computer to optimize the process.

Technical preparation of production

Production and process optimization

• Our experienced team will provide you with feedback on the current design with regard to the manufacturability, reliability and economy of the product even before starting the serial production. 

Screen printing templates

• We have experience with hundreds of templates. We are fully able to design and commission them.
•  We offer cheap etched templates, standard laser-burned templates, as well as 3D templates with special treatment to improve their surface properties.
• We have experience with designing templates for hundreds of thousands, up to millions of series, where the emphasis is put on precision in this area.

Material purchase and logistics

Material purchase

• We arrange our own purchase of material from verified suppliers 

Logistics

• We provide the packaging of the product according to the customer’s requirements, and the shipment to the specified location.

Quality

• Our company was certified according to ISO 9001 in 2014. 
• Our workers have experience with working in certified conditions. 
• We are familiar with the conditions of work with standards 14001, 16949. We have experience in developing FMEA, PPAP, Kaizen, 5S, etc.
